Poster presentation and flash talk
The poster session will be held in building G1. Your poster should not be larger than A0 (~ 84 x 119 cm). The duration of a poster presentation is 3 minutes. Posters should be displayed in the poster area throughout the congress.
If your poster has additionally been selected for one of the flash talks, we ask you to prepare one MS Powerpoint slide and send it to abstracts22@esao.org no later than August 23rd, 2022. The duration of a flash talk is 4 minutes. The flash talk will be held in building G, room G.E.06.
Oral presentation
Please drop off your presentation at the slide center no later than 2 hours prior to the start of your session. It is not possible to use a private notebook for the presentation. Please keep in mind that a 15-minute presentation consists of 12 minutes of lecture followed by 3 minutes of discussion.
