Here, you will be informed how we store and protect personal data of ESAO members.

The ESAO Office collects the following personal data: your name, your address, your contact details, your date of birth, the type of your membership, your interest in a working group (if any).

3. Data Transmission to Third Parties

The ESAO Office will not share your personal information with any third parties except in the following case:

Members who subscribe to the International Journal of Artificial Organs: our publisher SAGE receives the contact data of these members to send them the journal.

4. Processing or Deletion of Data

You have the right to correct, supplement or delete your personal data stored in our database at any time. In particular, you have the option to discontinue receiving information on events as well as newsletters as indicated in the disclaimer included in all mails and newsletters.

5. Data Security

The ESAO Office and the website operator protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. The data stored in our database are password-protected to maintain confidentiality and security.
